SZL series evaporative condenser is mainly heat exchange between water and air as medium and high temperature gas refrigerant inside tube. Water evaporated and take away heat from refrigerant condensate. Refrigerant from gas to liquid.
When evaporator condenser works, water are distributed by pump. Water distribution system spray water evenly on condenser coil surface and form a thin water film. High temperature gas refrigerant come into tube from upper side and condensed into liquid and flow out on bottom. Some water turn into vapor after absorb heat and blow out into atmosphere by fan. Some hot water is blocked by eliminator and gathered to PVC heat exchange layer. They are cooled by air in PVC layer and go to pump system again for distribution. Float valve in water tray control water level and filling in more mater automatically.
